Michael did a great job finishing my garage, which included mudding, sanding, priming and 2 coats of paint. I’m very pleased with the finished result. He is personable, easy to deal with, and it is clear that he cares about the quality of his work and wants the customer to be happy with the end product. The project did take longer than originally anticipated, but what mattered to me was that Michael remained committed to getting the job done properly. He came back to address areas that needed attention rather than rushing through them, and the final result reflects that care. Michael was also helpful in suggesting some good ideas for how I could organize and make better use of my garage space in the future, which I appreciated. Also, my garage door was making an unusual noise, and he quickly identified the problem and fixed it for me with no fuss. I was also satisfied with the cost of the job in relation to the quality of the finished work. I can’t speak to how his pricing compares with other contractors, but I felt comfortable with what I paid for the work that was completed. I am very happy with how my garage turned out and would recommend Michael for the quality of his workmanship.

I needed a parging repair done quickly on my Dad's house before a open house and Michael came out and gave me a quote right away and was able to get everything repaired on time. He took the time to do the job right and ensure that I was happy with the repairs.

Michael responded quickly and offered a reasonably priced solution to my landscaping issue. I required an area on my lawn built up to eliminate rain water that had been pooling near the deck. He communicated regularly with me re the job and his arrival times. He listened to my concerns and addressed them professionally. Michael’s work has enhanced the look and drainage of the area. I asked MW Construction (Michael) to do a repair on our roof in Beaumont, AB. He had to carefully maneuver between our rooftop solar panels to reach a 4" plumbing vent tube that was poorly sealed against the weather. The job was to improve the vent seal. Then, also install a new protective boot over the vent and ensure the whole approach would stop leaks going forward. While this wasn't a huge job, it was tricky to do well because our solar panels were so close by and in his way to do the work. Still, the job was done perfectly. Some people just 'get it' when having to figure through how to get something done - that's Michael. He has an easy going honest approach with people and charges reasonable prices. I will ask MW Construction to do other work at our place without thinking twice.
